For yet a little while...

The blessed hope and precious promise for the believer is the appearing of our great God and Saviour Jesus Christ.  As the days pass, I find my heart meditating on this great day and praying even as John, to whom this revelation was given, "Even so, come, Lord Jesus!"  I have lived long enough now to know that there is nothing down here but heartache and trouble...But! I will not despair, for the writer of the Hebrews declares in chapter 10 and verse 37, "For yet a little while...!  What a comfort this is to the longing soul.  The bible also says that weeping may endure for a night....may be alot of nights, but be assured, child of God, joy comes in the morning!  What im saying to your heart and mine is just hold on....For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.  Bless his name!
